Designed for simplicity and efficacy, our automatic bag emptying machine is user-friendly. It moves whole pallets of stacked bags straight to the emptying area using a roller conveyor system. The grabbing mechanism of the machine lowers to tightly capture every bag layer, raising and horizontally transporting them for processing. While a material emptying system guarantees the contents are released by gravity into a collection hopper, a cutting blade cuts the bags. After that, the empty bags are sent into a waste bag collector and compressed for disposal.

The conveyor moves the empty pallet automatically to the collecting system for ordered stacking after it is completely emptied. Facilities with lots of area that want to cut manual handling and need high-volume emptying will find perfect fit for this equipment.
